During the regular pickup timeslot (3:00-4:00PM) this Sunday at GCVI , Melissa Ignacio and her volleyball colleagues are going to lead the first session of this season’s indoor competitive volleyball skills training series. The topics will include positioning and passing. It will be a great opportunity to learn and practice if you are new to the competitive volleyball format or simply want to further develop your core skills.
The cost is $4 per person for the hour.
There will be a limit of maximum 18 people for the hour. Please let me know ASAP to put your name on the list or you may not be guaranteed a spot. The player list and other details are posted at http://www.pickupsports.ca/Pickup.htm. Have a great week and hope to see you on Sunday!
