由王洪银老师教大家做重阳糕。重阳糕种类比较多，南北口味也不一样，王老师做的是南方风味的。

材料：红豆120g，糯米粉300g，粘米粉30g，糖60g，牛奶250ml。红豆提前一天泡好，煮熟加入30g糖，拌匀待用。糯米粉加入粘米粉慢慢加入牛奶搅拌均匀再加入红豆，充分混合成面团，玻璃盘铺上油纸把面团平铺在玻璃盘中。放入大锅中隔水蒸，水开后30分钟，放凉切成小块即可食用。
